Terms and Conditions
Cakes: All cakes are baked fresh and are filled with a flavored buttercream of your choice. Cakes are not designed to be refrigerated and should be stored in a cool/dry place. Refrigeration may cause condensation and colors to run as well as decorations to soften.
***We do not offer specialty cakes such as Nut-Free, Dairy-Free or Gluten-Free. At this time we cannot accommodate allergy restrictions. We also cannot guarantee that the cakes we make will not come in contact with some sort of Nut/Nut Oil product with the ingredients we use from our suppliers. We will not/cannot be responsible for anyone with allergies who may have an allergic reaction from consuming our product. ***
Pricing: Each cake is priced individually based upon the size and complexity of the design.
Orders: All cakes are custom made to order, so we usually require 2 to 4 weeks lead time. However, don't hesitate to contact us even if your request is not within the time frame, as we may have last minute openings. Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
Design: There is an additional charge for any changes made to the design of your cake once the design is finalized and signed off on the invoice. Design changes cannot be made within 5 days of delivery date.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required on total invoice amount. Orders that are cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to delivery date will forfeit deposit.
Final Balance Payment: Balance of invoice must be paid in full at time of pick up or delivery. If delivery is to a venue where the invoiced party is not in attendance at time of delivery, balance payment is required prior to delivery date.
Cancellations: Any orders that are cancelled less than 2 weeks of delivery date will forfeit deposit.
Delivery: Delivery is available to most surrounding areas although there is a delivery charge that is priced according to distance.
